تبیین تأثیرات گونه‌‌های انعطاف‌‌پذیری بر تطابق عملکردی مجتمع خدمات شهری به هنگام مدیریت بحران

چکیده

با توجه به سابقه زلزله و گسل‌‌های فعال متعدد در تهران، همچنین معضلات تراکم جمعیتی و نداشتن آمادگی برای وقوع بحران، عدم بهره‌‌گیری از فناوری‌‌های روز دنیا و از طرف دیگر بلااستفاده بودن پایگاه‌‌های بحران و نداشتن کاربری در زمان‌‌های عادی، این پژوهش بر آن است که با  به‌کارگیری اصل انعطاف‌‌پذیری، دو کاربری مختلف را در زمان قبل از بحران و بعد از آن در فضایی ثابت تطبیق دهد تا بتواند با بهره‌‌مندی از روشی کارآمد، عواقب بحران زلزله را بلافاصله پس از آن، کاهش دهد. هدف این پژوهش کاهش اثرات و عواقب و سردرگرمی و بلاتکلیفی افراد آسیب‌دیده پس از زلزله با تأمین فضاهای لازم در منطقه‌‌ای از شهر تهران است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی است و در دسته پژوهش‌‌های آمیخته و به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی قرار دارد و از نوع زمینه‌یابی (پیمایشی) است. در طی روند پژوهش ابتدا داده‌‌های نظری از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌‌ای گردآوری شده، سپس به تجزیه و تحلیل آن‌‌ها به روش کدگذاری پرداخته و به کدهایی قابل سنجش کیفی تبدیل می‌‌شوند. بعد از رسیدن به یک چارچوب نظری از مطالعات انجام‌شده، به وسیله روش ساختاریافته‌‌ی دلفی بر اساس پرسش از صاحب‌نظران، میزان تأثیر گونه‌‌های کدگذاری‌شده‌‌ی انعطاف‌‌پذیری بر تطابق عملکردی مجتمع خدمات شهری به هنگام مدیریت بحران زلزله الویت‌بندی شده و در انتهای پژوهش از لحاظ میزان نحوه تأثیرگذاری دسته‌‌های مختلف انعطاف‌‌پذیری در فضا‌‌ی مجتمع نیز مورد الویت‌بندی قرار می‌‌گیرند. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می‌‌دهد که بیش‌ترین میزان تأثیر گونه‌‌های انعطاف‌‌پذیری به ترتیب مربوط به قابلیت توسعه‌‌پذیری، سیستم مدولار بر اساس انطباق شبکه‌‌های طراحی مدولار، چند‌عملکردی بودن، دیوارهای متحرک، مبلمان انعطاف‌‌پذیر و بازشوها و پوسته‌‌های متحرک می‌‌باشد. همچنین بیش‌ترین میزان نحوه‌‌ی تأثیر انعطاف‌‌پذیری در فضای مجتمع نیز به ترتیب مربوط به دسته تغییر ساختاری، تغییر فیزیکی، تغییر فضایی و تغییر بصری می‌‌شود.

The occurrence of earthquakes and many active faults in Tehran, as well as the problems of population density and lack of preparation for a crisis, failure to use modern technologies, and on the other hand, crisis Infrastructures being unused in regular times, is a primary issue. This research aims to adapt two different Functions in a single space before and after the crisis by applying the principle of flexibility so that it can benefit from an efficient method to reduce the consequences of the earthquake crisis immediately after it. This research aims to reduce the effects and implications for the affected people after the earthquake by providing the necessary spaces in Tehran.
The present research is a mixed-method study with a practical research goal. During the research process, theoretical data were collected through library studies, then they were analyzed using coding methods and turned into qualitatively measurable codes. After reaching a theoretical framework from the conducted studies, the flexibility-coded indexes were prioritized in terms of their impact on the functional alignment of municipal services complex during earthquake crisis management, using the Delphi structured method based on questions from experts. Finally, the different categories of flexibility were prioritized in terms of their impact on the space of the building. The results indicate that the highest amount of flexibility types are related to expandability, modular design system based on modular design networks, multi-functionality, movable walls, flexible furniture, and openable and movable skins. Furthermore, the highest amount of the impact of flexibility on the space of the complex is related to structural, physical, spatial, and visual changes.
