Abstract
This research surveys Erikson’s theory of personality and does analysis on environment properties in order to make the conclusions useful for environmental designers. Therefore, eight different personality growth levels are distinct from each other, and then in each level, the objectives, approaches and proper behaviors are recognized. In the next level physical environment elements and their characteristics are cleared. The result of this research will be like a connection chain among human personality –as Erikson’s definitions- and deigning artificial environment appropriate to the humans characteristics and capabilities for growth.
