چکیده

امروزه در شهرهای کشورمان کمتر شاهد مکان‌های شهری مناسب برای مردم می‌باشیم و همچنین فضاهای بلااستفاده و متروکه در اراضی شهری که کاربری و معنای مشخصی بر آن‌ها حاکم نیست، بسیار به چشم می‌آیند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، به وجود آوردن و شکل‌دهی به مکان‌های شهری می‌باشد که امروزه با نادیده گرفتن ارزش‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگی و هویتی در عرصه عمومی شهر و عدم توجه به ارتقای کیفیت‌های محیطی، ارتباطات، جابجایی‌های شهری و تأکید ادراک ذهنی طراحان، از بین رفته است. در این راستا، تدوین یک چارچوب نظری و معرفی مؤلفه‌های سازنده شکل‌دهی به مکان (به‌عنوان یک مفهوم امروزی) با تکیه بر اسناد و مطالعات گذشتگان صورت گرفت. سپس محققین با بررسی و تحقیقات میدانی به شناخت شهر و در ادامه محدوده‌های موردنظر (پنج سایت پیشنهادی از زمین‌های متروکه) رسیدند. بعد از آن پرسشنامه‌ای با محتوای مؤلفه‌های شکل‌دهی به مکان و متغیرهای اثرگذار بر آن طراحی و تعداد 405 برگ میان کسبه و آگاهان محلی اطراف محدوده موردهای مطالعاتی انتخاب شده، توزیع شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS جهت ارزیابی میزان اثرگذاری معیارهای مورد نظر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهند در شهرستان گنبدکاوس در اکثر سایت‌های مورد مطالعه، ساکنان این مناطق از مسیر رفت وآمد خود (جداره‌ها، پیاده‌رو و فضای سبز)، همچنین نبود مبلمان شهری مناسب و در نهایت از امکاناتی برای تفریح و گذران اوقات فراغت خود با مشکل رو به رو می‌باشند و بهتر است از مبلمان و المان‌های شهری مناسب به همراه نورپردازی (جهت استفاده توامان در شب و روز) و مصالح متناسب با محیط در فضای شهری استفاده شود. در نهایت در بخش نتایج، پیشنهاداتی عملی برای هر یک از سایت‌ها ارائه شده است

چکیده English

Today, there are a few suitable urban spaces, as well as many unused and abandoned spaces with no clear use and meaning in our cities. The present study aims to create and shape urban places that are neglected by paying less attention to social, cultural and identical values and promotion of environmental qualities, communication, urban mobility, etc. and emphasizing designers’ mental perception in the design of such places. In this regard, a theoretical framework is developed and the constitutive components of place-shaping (as a new concept) are introduced, based on the previous documents and studies. Then, using a field study, the city and the targeted areas (the five proposed sites) are identified. To collect the required data, a questionnaire containing the contents on the components of place-shaping and the influential variables is designed, and 405 questionnaires are distributed among local tradespeople and informed people. To analyze the data, SPSS software is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the studied criteria. The results show that in most of the studied sites in Gonbad Kavoos City, the residents have the following problems: improper commuting route (walls, sidewalks, and green spaces), lack of proper urban furniture, and lack of amenities for recreation and leisure. It is better to use appropriate urban furniture and elements, along with lighting (to be used at both daytime and nighttime) and environmentally friendly materials. Finally, in conclusion, practical suggestions are provided for each site
