چکیده

فضای داخلی خانه‌‌های آپارتمانی دارای ویژگی‌‌هایی هستند که بر رضایتمندی ساکنان و کیفیت سکونت اثرگذار هستند، از این رو، این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی و ارزیابی ویژگی‌‌های فضایی داخلی در خانه‌‌های آپارتمانی است؛ بدین منظور میزان اهمیت و تحقق ویژگی‌‌های فضایی داخلی خانه‌‌های آپارتمانی در موردپژوهی محلات گلشهر شمالی و نظرآباد شهر بندرعباس ارزیابی و مقایسه گردید و از گروهی از متخصصین طراح و محقق مسکن با سابقه 20 تا 40 سال در شهر بندرعباس تحت روش دلفی بهره گرفته شد. این پژوهش از نوع بنیادی است و گردآوری داده‌‌ها به صورت مطالعات کتابخانه‌‌ای و بازدیدهای میدانی از موردپژوهی محلات صورت گرفت. در یافته‌های بخش مبانی نظری، پس از بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای، 28 ویژگی‌‌ فضایی شناسایی شدند و در دو دسته کلی ویژگی‌های فضایی «ساختاری- عملکردی» و «کیفی- روان‌شناختی» دسته‌‌بندی شدند و سپس در قالب پرسش‌نامه طیف لیکرت در اختیار ده متخصص قرار گرفتند تا میزان اهمیت و تحقق ویژگی‌‌های فضایی در وضع موجود خانه‌‌های آپارتمانی را ارزیابی و رده‌‌بندی نمایند. مطابق با استدلال متخصصین، ضمن تأیید دسته‌‌بندی کلی، مواردی از ویژگی‌های فضایی در خانه‌های آپارتمانی شهر بندرعباس مصداق نداشت و در دور اول پرسش‌نامه دلفی، حذف، تعدیل یا ادغام شده و به 16 مورد کاهش پیدا کردند که به ترتیب اهمیت شامل؛ «هدایت و راهنمایی»، «گشایش فضایی»، «ترکیب فضایی»، «تناسب و مقیاس فضایی»، «فضامندی»، «سلسله‌مراتب فضایی»، «روابط فضایی»، «پویایی فضایی»، «دنجی فضا»، «هماهنگی و تعادل»، «تفکیک فضایی»، «انعطاف‌‌پذیری فضا»، «تنوع فضایی»، «تمایز فضایی»، «پیوستگی فضایی» و «خاطره‌‌انگیزی فضا» هستند. در مقایسه بین میزان اهمیت و میزان تحقق ویژگی‌‌های فضایی در وضع موجود خانه‌‌های آپارتمانی موردپژوهی، میزان اهمیت هر یک از ویژگی‌‌های فضایی به نسبت تحقق آنان در وضع موجود بیش‌تر است، که بیانگر فقدان ویژگی‌های فضایی مهم در طراحی داخلی فضای خانه‌های آپارتمانی در موردپژوهی شهر بندرعباس است.

چکیده English

The interior features of apartments markedly influence the satisfaction of residents and the quality of living. The present research evaluated and compared the importance and fulfillment of interior spatial features of apartment houses in North Golshahr and Nazarabad neighborhoods in Bandar Abbas. This was Delphi-based fundamental research targeting house designers and ten experts with 20 to 40 years of experience living in Bandar Abbas. Data were collected from library studies and field observations of the intended neighborhoods. Theoretically, the library reviews revealed 28 spatial features which were then classified into “structural-functional” and “qualitative-psychological” categories. Next, the experts were provided with Likert-based questionnaires to evaluate and classify the importance and fulfillment of spatial features in the studied apartment houses. Although the proposed classification was approved by the experts, some spatial features did not conform with the apartment houses in Bandar Abbas and, hence, were deleted, modified, or merged and declined to 16 items in the first round of the Delphi assessment. These were spatial guidance and orientation, spatial opening, spatial composition, proportion of space, spaciousness, spatial hierarchy, spatial relations, spatial dynamics, spatial coziness, harmony and balance, spatial separation, spatial flexibility, spatial diversity, spatial differentiation, spatial integration, and space nostalgia. For the studied neighborhoods, the importance of each spatial feature was currently higher than their fulfillment, implying that the key spatial features are lacking in the interior design of apartment houses in Bandar Abbas.
